In order to build a profile, registered users will be given the option to upload resumes and the option to post personal information to complete their profile page. These profiles allow us to provide the most streamlined job search experience possible. This information may be used to provide employers or employees with potential job candidates or jobs respectively. In order to improve our services or troubleshoot problems, Joborilla Jobs, Inc. will periodically analyze personal and demographic information that our users have provided. Joborilla Jobs, Inc. reserves the right to collect and use personal information such as e-mail addresses in order to market our brand, improve our features, and expand our services.
It should be noted that users have the ability to add to, alter, or delete any information that is posted to the Site. In the event that you choose to close your account with Joborilla.ca, your demographic information and usage information will be retained. Joborilla Jobs, Inc. retains personal information for a period of time after account closure in the event that this information is needed for legal reasons. Upon the expiration of this time period, your personal information will be permanently removed from our databases with due regard to the sensitivity of the information.

Jobseeker Privacy Tips
1. Never give our your social security number, credit card information, or bank account numbers to a prospective employer.
2. Be cautious when applying for jobs that are commission based, positions that require up-front fees, or potential pyramid schemes.
3. Be cautious when dealing with contacts that are located outside of your own country.
4. Do not disclose any non-work related personal information, (eye color, marital status, ethnicity, etc.) over the phone or online.
5. Be aware of your privacy settings found under the ‘settings’ tab after logging in as a registered jobseeker or employer. Ensure that all privacy settings are configured to your desired privacy level.
Jobseeker ProfileCompleting the jobseeker profile on the Site allows Joborilla Jobs, Inc. to offer you career suggestions based on information found in your resume. This feature also allows you to create a printable paper copy resume with the click of a button. The jobseeker profile makes it easier for employers to view and compare prospective employees. As a registered user you can choose to make it mandatory for employers to obtain your approval prior to being able to view your profile.
Online FraudOnline businesses all need to be cognizant of fraudulent emails and communications sent by third parties to users of their services. Users of the Site should be aware that email scams do exist and may be sent out to our users suggesting that the email is from Joborilla Jobs, Inc.. Please note that Joborilla Jobs, Inc. will never obtain or request personal information via email. If you receive an email that appears to be from Joborilla Jobs, Inc., which asks for any form of information to be provided, do not respond. Only make additions or changes to your personal information after logging in to your secure profile page.
