Aero Logistics America offers leasing of heated hangar space to aircraft of various sizes, leasing of office suites and light industrial space to aviation related businesses and sales of a large inventory of Fokker F-28 aircraft parts.

Job description

Aero Logistics America is looking for a highly organized and self-motivated person to lead hangar and aircraft spare parts sales efforts. Responsibilities include all sales, market expansion and revenue development for both hangar, office and warehouse space and aircraft parts sales. The Sales Manager plans, directs, and coordinates sales of the organization's entire products and services by performing the following duties personally or through sales agents. Desired Skills and Experience

  • Establishes strategic marketing goals to meet revenue and profitability targets, achieve corporate objectives and increase profitability of products and services.

  • Primary point of contact for customers, sales leads.

  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans and programs, consistent with market demands and long-term

    profitability. Facilitate the development of market specific sales materials for sales agents.

  • Research, analyze, and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors of markets to

    capitalize on emerging opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity.

  • Develop and manage sales operating budget. Generate bid and proposal strategies, produce and present


  • Conduct hangar tours and presentations and supervises marketing activities are within approved

    comprehensive marketing plan and budget.

  • Review and approve advertising and promotion activities as part of global marketing budget and


  • Clarify goals with general manager and hangar administrator to develop direction and market strategies

    for new business capture.

  • Provide market analysis for executive team for new business development.

  • Provide weekly and quarterly reports for sales efforts and opportunities.

  • Manage the sales agents, motivate them and set their goals and help them achieve them.

  • Set up customer visits.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with strategic partners.

  • Meet with key clients to assist with maintaining relationships and to negotiate and close sales.

  • Coordinate with purchasing when needed.

  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

  • Other duties may be assigned.
